Our Neon Property management company will effectively communicate with their residents to resolve any issues that may arise as well as build relationships with the owners. Our Management Company is a party to certain leases or transfer documents. The company’s role is to be responsible for the management of the service charge and the delivery of management and maintenance services at the development. A typical lease will have two or three parties (bi-partite or tri-partite).

Not only does she excel in marketing, but she also supervises contractors' engagement and oversees property refurbishments, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards. With over 8 years of experience in consultancy and project management, Amal brings a wealth of expertise to the table, making her an invaluable asset to the team at Neon One Property Management. When Amal is not busy building Neon One's brand, she enjoys travelling, fine dining and is an avid swimmer.

Rahma Farah
Co-Founder
Rahma, the ultimate people person, effortlessly wears the crown of the ‘Negotiation Queen’, bringing warmth and charm to every interaction. With over 12 years of experience as an HR manager and a deep understanding of property law, Rahma brings valuable expertise to the team. Her knowledge and experience in contracts, compliance, and regulation, along with her proficiency in property finance, enhance her ability to foster positive relationships. Her strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities allow her to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and agents, fostering positive relationships and ensuring seamless interactions. Outside of work, Rahma has a passion for baking, cycling and mentoring/coaching.
