At NeonOne Property Management, our journey began with our own experiences as landlords who struggled to find the level of property management we expected, especially when it came to HMOs. Recognising the unique demands of shared accommodation, we set out to build a service that prioritised professionalism, transparency, and results.
As our company evolved, we expanded into short-term lets, applying the same integrity, hands-on care, and tenant-focused approach that shaped our early work. Today, we manage both HMOs and Airbnb properties, offering landlords a trusted, full-service solution that balances occupancy, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
Our commitment is simple — to do the hard work behind the scenes so our clients don’t have to. From ensuring rooms are always filled to maintaining homes at the highest standards, we create spaces where tenants, guests, landlords, and investors all feel confident and cared.

Co-Founder
Amal, the marketing Guru at Neon One Property Management. With a keen eye for marketing strategies and trends, Amal plays a vital role in promoting and elevating the company's brand. Not only does she excel in marketing, but she also supervises contractors' engagement and oversees property refurbishments, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards. With over 8 years of experience in consultancy and project management, Amal brings a wealth of expertise to the table, making her an invaluable asset to the team at Neon One Property Management. When Amal is not busy building Neon One's brand, she enjoys travelling, fine dining and is an avid swimmer.
Mustafa Hassan

Meet Mustafa, our esteemed Financial Strategist and Project Manager at Neon One Property Management. His exceptional proficiency in financial management and project strategy underpins our commitment to precision and excellence. He expertly manages accounting operations and designs strategic project plans. As a Chartered Civil Engineer with over ten years of experience in infrastructure projects, Mustafa brings unparalleled industry knowledge to his role. His meticulous approach to property management, paired with his dedication to maintaining our assets, fosters trust among our respected landlords. Rahma Farah
Co-Founder
Rahma, the ultimate people person, effortlessly wears the crown of the ‘Negotiation Queen’, bringing warmth and charm to every interaction. With over 12 years of experience as an HR manager and a deep understanding of property law, Rahma brings valuable expertise to the team. Her knowledge and experience in contracts, compliance, and regulation, along with her proficiency in property finance, enhance her ability to foster positive relationships. Her strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities allow her to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and agents, fostering positive relationships and ensuring seamless interactions. Outside of work, Rahma has a passion for baking, cycling and mentoring/coaching.
